The Open Heart Meditation is a very easy to learn guided, heart-centered meditation that helps you experience the peace and joy that is already within your heart through the simple technique of relaxing, smiling and surrendering.

It's also a wonderful technique to integrate into your daily life to help you feel more relaxed and happy. Most people report feeling VERY relaxed, peaceful or lighter after trying the Open Heart Meditation.

At the meditation we will go through the basic steps (relax, smile and surrender) of heart meditation so you can become familiar with the process, then we will do the Open Heart Meditation together.

The Open Heart Meditation is a beautiful guided meditation that connects our hearts to True Source, the Source of Love & Light (we use the non-denominational term "True Source" but you a free to use whatever word feels right for you- God, Spirit, Universe etc...). The Open Heart Meditation also helps cleanse negative energy and emotions from your heart and replace it with Love & Light in a very gentle, surrendered way.

Reiki Tummo is a term derived from two languages. Reiki is combination of two Japanese words: Rei, means universe and KI or Chi, means vital energy, thus Reiki means vital energy from the universe. Reiki TUMMO Attunement Authorisation 

No one outside Padmacahaya Foundation or Padmajaya Foundation is authorized to give a Reiki TUMMO attunement. As Reiki TUMMO is simply the beginning part of a series of lessons in advanced spiritual development, authorization to teach Reiki TUMMO is not spread freely. Only a master in Padmacahaya Foundation or Padmajaya Foundation has the authority to teach Reiki TUMMO. This is to ensure that the direction and real goal of Reiki TUMMO does not change. A person who has completed level 3B in Reiki TUMMO still does not have complete and thorough understanding about the essence of Reiki TUMMO, as Reiki TUMMO is an integrated part of a more advanced program of spiritual development.

I host professional Reiki Tummo workshops for those who want to become certified in Reiki. This Reiki is a very powerful form of Reiki which may facilitate rapid healing and spiritual growth.

I also host Open Heart Workshops for those interested in learning how more about the heart as the center of love and light, and how to be guided by your heart to go beyond your limitations regarding who you think you are and connecting to who you really are.
