Reiki TUMMO Course Programs

A Reiki Tummo workshop is normally a one-day workshop. It involves theory, attunement, practice and discussion. This combination gives a student a solid understanding of Reiki. Attunement alone is insufficient for a student to become proficient in the practice and use of Reiki energy.

In addition, Reiki Tummo also has the potential superiority in awakening Kundalini and aiding the cleansing and purification processes of Kundalini thus giving consciousness expansion for the practitioners. All techniques in Usui Reiki are taught in Reiki Tummo. Reiki Tummo brings about a very powerful spiritual understanding above and beyond the healing aspects of Reiki.

To achieve short-term goal (i.e., healing), medium term goal (i.e., Self Realization) and final spiritual goal (i.e., Enlightenment or YOGA) through Reiki Tummo and its subsequent techniques, we offer a series of workshops or programs. These include: Reiki Tummo, Heart of Heart, Kundalini, Meditation, Shing Chi, Spiritual Retreat, Regression (we call this "Consciousness Ladder Technique") and Master Yoga. All workshops and programs teach very simple but powerful spiritual techniques. They are independent of any religious or belief system.

The Open Heart Meditation is a very easy to learn guided, heart-centered meditation that helps you experience the peace and joy that is already within your heart through the simple technique of relaxing, smiling and surrendering. If you find meditation challenging, this is a great alternative.

Most people report feeling VERY relaxed, peaceful or lighter after trying the Open Heart Meditation. It's also a wonderful technique to integrate into your daily life to help you feel more relaxed and happy.

At the meditation we will go through the basic steps of the heart meditation technique so you can become familiar with the process, then we will do the Open Heart Meditation together.

Mindful meditation practices can very limiting, because it is the heart that is the connection to love, joy, peace, and the Divine Source of Love and Light, and not the brain, as the brain is destined for the graveyard. All good things come through the heart. You do not need to chant, recite, concentrate, or focus on breath or light. These approaches may help some people, but can also be limiting as these are new times and most people are able to feel more love in their hearts and let the love open their heart much easier then in the past. We do not do any of these practices, we simple learn to let the heart take over and guide us as the heart knows all truth. We learn to follow the heart as the heart has a direct connection to the Divine Source of Love and Light.

It is a joy to share with you a new way for a new time. This is a deep way of cleansing sadness, anger, regret, and other negative emotions by letting the love cleanse them from our hearts. We simply learn how to relax, smile and surrender. You can only feel your heart if you are in your heart, and you cannot feel your heart from your head.
